School Staff

Our teachers are licensed in the state of Colorado and/or hold a Lutheran Teacher’s Diploma. They are dedicated to Christ-centered education and traditional family values. Above all, we are blessed with dedicated Christian teachers who seek to develop close relationships with their students in order to share with them the love of their Savior.

After that I went to Concordia University, River Forest, IL where I received my LCMS colloquy and my MA in School Counseling and Guidance. I married my husband, Eric, and then taught in Lutheran schools in Wausau, WI and Redding, CA before moving to Grand Junction in 1995. I have a son and a daughter. I taught Kindergarten and various subjects in other grades until we began our full day Kindergarten program. God has truly blessed me with the Kindergartners I GET to be with each day.

I grew up in Fmiller-jeremy-142armington, Missouri with my parents, one sister, and two brothers.  I attended Concordia University Mequon, Wisconsin.  I graduated with a BS degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education.  My first teaching call was to Honolulu, Hawaii, where I taught for two years.  I then got married and moved to Kent, Washington, where I also taught two years.  My husband and I moved to Grand Junction, CO in 2009 and had our first son.  I now have two sons and a daughter.  I have taught everything from three year olds to second grade as well as 3rd and 4th grade Language.  My favorite thing about teaching is sharing the love of Jesus with my students and watching them be amazed by his grace and goodness.  Our God is kind and faithful and has richly blessed my teaching ministry!
